Max’s good friend and fabulous jewelry designer extraordinaire Pamela Froman is returning to Max’s this weekend and we’re can’t wait to see all of her new goodies! Pamela is best known for her use of different colors of gold in the same piece, and his year she has added a chocolate brown color to the mix of yellow, white, pink and green gold. Needless to say, I of course fell in love with the chocolate brown immediately — go figure! It’s such a beautiful color, and I love it when mixed with yellow and pink gold — say, maybe, in a stack of rings like this one. If you’re familiar with Pamela’s collection, you know that another part of her signature style is the hand-hammering of metal which she calls “crushed” and gives her jewelry some extra character. The show is Friday (11-7), Saturday (10-6) and Sunday (noon-5). As an added bonus, Allison Kaplan and Alexis Walsko, a.k.a.
