What is your Return Policy?

We offer a refund for any items purchased within 7 days of receiving your order, and a store credit or exchange for any items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted after more than 14 days. Sale items, Trunk Show Items and Special Orders are final sale. No exceptions. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, send us an email at info@stylebymax.com to make an exchange or return.

How do I send back an item for return?

To make a return, contact info@stylebymax.com within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue you a return shipping label. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, and in the original packaging to avoid damage and extra shipping charges. Once the item(s) have been received, we will issue a refund or merchandise credit (minus return shipping costs).

What is a Special Order and how do I place one?

Any customization to an item, including but not limited to changes in stone choice or color, metal, chain length, etc. are considered a special order. If you wish to place a special order, or discuss the possibilities available, please call Max’s at (952) 922-8364 or email info@stylebymax.com for more information.​ A 50% deposit is due upon placement of the order, with the remaining balance due upon completion. All Special Orders are final sale. No exceptions. 

How long will it take for me to receive my Special Order?

Special orders typically take 4-8 weeks to receive in-store, and may vary depending on the artist’s production schedule. If you need your piece by a particular date, let us know and will do our best to accommodate you. You will be contacted once your special order has arrived in-store to pay any balance due and confirm shipping details.
