We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not satisfied with your full-price purchase for any reason, it may be returned for a full refund or merchandise credit minus both the original and return shipping charges. Do NOT remove tags from the jewelry items unless you intend to keep them.  Items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition, in the original packaging, with the tags intact, and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Items received at the store within 7 days of purchase will receive a refund in the form of the original payment, and items received between 8 and 14 days after the date of purchase will receive store credit.  RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.  FINAL SALE ON ALL SALE ITEMS — SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Returns should be carefully packed and sent via a delivery method that can be tracked and that requires a signature upon delivery.  You are responsible for insuring the returned items during the shipment, and you carry the risk of loss of the items until Max’s has signed for the items and received them from the delivery service.  Max’s is not responsible for any loss or damage to the items during the return shipment.

Upon receiving an item for return, we will inspect it carefully to be sure we received the original item in acceptable condition, with all tags, packaging and receipt intact.  Any items that are damaged, customized, engraved, altered or worn will not be accepted for return.

All returns received before 3:00pm CST will be processed the same day they are received.  Returns received after that time will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of the processed return. Please keep in mind that it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account, depending on the cycle of your credit card.


Any purchase made on or after December 1st online at may be returned for a full refund or merchandise credit minus the original shipping charge if we receive the return on or before January 6th. This policy excludes special orders and sale items which are final sales. Items must be returned using the enclosed return label. Items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition, in the original packaging and with the original receipt.


Many of the artists we represent offer a variety of options and degrees of customization to their jewelry. This includes changes in stone choice or color, metal, chain length, etc. These types of alterations are considered a special order. If you wish to place a special order, or discuss the possibilities available, please call Max’s at (952) 922-8364 so that one of our jewelry specialists can help you.

Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. A 50% deposit is due upon placement of the order.

Special orders typically take 4-8 weeks to receive in-store, and may vary depending on the artist’s production schedule. You will be contacted once your special order has arrived in-store to pay any balance due and confirm shipping details.
