We offer a refund for any items purchased within 7 days of receiving your order, and a store credit or exchange for any items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted after more than 14 days.
Sale items, Trunk Show Items and Special Orders are final sale. No exceptions.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, send us an email at email@example.com to make an exchange or return.
To make a return, contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue you a return shipping label. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, and in the original packaging to avoid damage and extra shipping charges. Once the item(s) have been received, we will issue a refund or merchandise credit (minus return shipping costs).
Any customization to an item, including but not limited to changes in stone choice or color, metal, chain length, etc. are considered a special order. A 50% deposit is due upon placement of the order, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
All Special Orders are final sale. No exceptions.
Special orders typically take 4-8 weeks to receive in-store, and may vary depending on the artist’s production schedule. If you need your piece by a particular date, let us know and will do our best to accommodate you.
You will be contacted once your special order has arrived in-store to pay any balance due and confirm shipping details.
We offer free shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) on all purchases over $100. For expedited shipping, we offer USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) for $25 or Fedex Overnight for $55.
All orders shipped are insured and require a signature for delivery. A tracking number and shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Max’s does not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered package if signature confirmation has been waived.
If you have a piece that you’ve purchased from Max’s and it needs repair, bring it in and we will send it back to the artist. If you are not local and wish to send your piece to us for repair, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will let you know of any charges that may be incurred in advance, including shipping to and from the designer’s studio.
Repairs generally take 4-6 weeks, but can vary by designer.
The easiest way to determine your ring size is to stop in to any jewelry store and have them size you. Keep in mind that your fingers on one hand might be a different size than the fingers on your other hand. If you are looking at a ring wider than 6mm, or a stack of rings, we suggest that you make sure you are measured with a wide band ring sizer.
If you purchase a ring from Max’s and discover that the size needs to be adjusted, we will size it for you once free of charge within 6 months of purchase.
