Maison Martin is an artisanal family business which sources very high quality peppers, grown in France, using sustainable agriculture, in order to make delicious sauces and pepper powders.

In this bar, Encuentro combines their 70% Mexican chocolate with Habanero pepper. A fruity pepper, with a powerful spiciness, which goes wonderfully with the slightly tangy strawberry jam notes of the chocolate.
