Established in 2003 by Kathy Wiley, Poco Dolce translates as ‘not too sweet’ or more literally ‘little sweet’. ”Our mission is to stay on the savory side of sweet. Our signature Bittersweet Chocolate Tile topped with Grey Sea Salt balances the savory of salt with the sweet of chocolate.  All of our chocolates and confections by hand in our San Francisco kitchen using as many local ingredients as possible.  Bittersweet chocolate combined with the finest ingredients from roasted almond to bits of burnt caramel toffee and finished with grey sea salt. Our tiles are made by hand in our San Francisco kitchen and packed in our signature blue box.”
